Please ensure all items remain in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the climbing gear you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that chalk bags, carabiners, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
