Yes, all Nature Climbing products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular climbing use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How should I clean and maintain my wooden hangboards?
To maintain grip and longevity, wipe down your board with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth after each session. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
Are your products suitable for both indoor and outdoor training?
While our holds are designed primarily for indoor climbing gyms and home walls, our portable trainers are weather-treated for outdoor warm-ups, provided they are stored in a dry environment.
